  • Brantic.de provides its service to you subject to the guidelines and conditions listed below.
  • If you visit or shop at brantic.de you agree to abide by these conditions, valid at the time of print.
Product View
  • Our product offers are both in form and price subject to change. Prices quoted in the current price list are applicable.
  • Our products are brand products and are of excellent quality. We make every effort to describe each item as precisely as possible. However we cannot guarantee that slight variations will not occur.
  • The colours of the illustrated products depend on your own computer screen, therefore we cannot offer any guarantee for the exact reproduction of any colours.
Ordering
  • Upon receipt of order we will send you an order confirmation by E-mail.
  • Please check all details on this confirmation are correct and inform us immediately should any discrepancies occur.
Payment
  • Each individual item is individually priced and includes VAT.
  • Our shop uses the “Web-Point-of-Sale Terminal” in the Internet. This system processes your data with utmost security.
  • We accept American Express, Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard. Transactions by credit card will follow dispatch of your order. The credit card slip will be sent to you with the invoice upon request.
Delivery
  • Delivery will be made within the time stated in „Ordner Service“. Should the delivery
    time be delayed for any reason, we will inform you accordingly.
  • An invoice is enclosed with your order. Please keep this slip in case you wish to return the goods.
  • Orders within Germany are delivered free of charge.
  • Overseas orders over Euro 300 are delivered free of charge.
  • For international orders less than Euro 300; will be charged postage and packaging. These charges are detailed under Service/Delivery costs.
  • The customer guarantees the correct address data in the field “Delivery Address”.
Returns Policy
  • You may return any item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt according to the German
    trade law.
  • Should any of our goods have material or manufacturer’s defects or be damaged in transport, please notify us immediately. Should a repair not be possible we will either partly or fully exchange the faulty goods.
  • If you plan to return any items, please inform us  by letter, e-mail or fax before.

Romalpa Clause
  • Goods remain the property of macadi.de until full payment has been made.
Sales Tax
  • All price quotations include the German legal sales tax.
  • EU countries include the German legal sales tax for deliveries in.
  • Deliveries outside the EU countries are calculated without a German sales tax.
Warrenty and Guarantee
  • Liability is assumed in accordance with the legal stipulations for any damage resulting from any defects.
  • The statutory period of limitation for the right of guarantee and for damage resulting from
    defects amounts to two years from the passage of risk.
  • No liability is assumed for any loss of profits or other pecuniary loss incurred by the
    customer.
Data Protection
  • The encoding of your data is carried out using the latest SSL-Technology (Secure Socket Layer Technology). Your data are filed in a password-protected, encoded databank.
  • We undertake the obligation to refrain from passing on your data to a third party. Your data will solely be used for processing your order.
